I would highly encourage everyone to look into a writ of mandamus with your lawyer. Demand letter was sent on October 3rd and I was informed today, October 13, that my case was approved. My receipt date was 3/31/20 and biometrics on 12/18/20 with the Nebraska Service Center

yes , my lawyer said I have to wait to pass 28 months than we can file mandamus,and it will cost 5000$ to file

@es samy- a threat letter to both the Director of the Service Center and USCIS Chief Counsel Office, along with a copy of the complain if my case wasn’t adjucated in 30 days.

bad news ! times change again they add 4 more months maybe 6 wad 28 I was 30 today and tonight they change to 34 and said I cant ask before may 35 is normally now lol

my case was “documentarily qualified” at NVC on Monday, February 6th. I am now waiting for an interview appointment at the US Embassy in La Paz, Bolivia.
