have you check your email, I didn't get a physical letter I got an email with the case number ans invoice ID

Hi Tiffany, I check it every day, but nothing. I am not sure if I have to call them. Because I already sent an Inquiry, but there is no response either.

check your spam, right now they don't have their phone available only public inquiries. and they arw taking almost 2 months to asnwear you can find it on the NVC time frames for public inquiry

Write an email to nvcresearch@state.gov write your petition number, petitioner and beneficiary name and date of birth and ask them that you need to know your case number. They usually respond in 3 days. you’ll exactly know your status. You should be getting welcome letter any day from NVC.

check with uscis if they really sent it to nvc or your case still need another action to be taken

Sharon did it work for you?I have the same issue kindly advise me .my case was approved 8/23/22 until today no email no nothing from nvc I even checked my spam too.I submitted inquiry no reply except the automatic messages

Hello Cecil. I did send an email to NVC. they said The National Visa Center (NVC) records do not show that they received my petition and ask me for my Form I-797. I stay waiting for an answer again. You should email them too NVCRESEARCH@state.gov

@Sharon.I went through my congress and they expedite my case and God is good my case is now sent to my country embassy just now waiting for interviews thanks for this chat I had to think straight

so the gave my congress my case number and notified them that my case is forwarded to my country embassy for my husband to come .if you in America try contact congress man to help .

Hello, I did had an answer from NVC saying that they will contact USCIS to determine the location of mine petition. and now it’s a a delay of up to 30 days more. I’m thinking of contact congress but I don’t know how and what to say. Help!!
