they probably want pictures, bank statements, etc. more evidence to prove your case? as well as medical since you didnt send it

they want medical on September 16 they ask me for RFE medical and next day 17th they approved i130. Also I submitted my case last year April like you

this happened to me September, most likely RFE for medical so have that ready. send it ASAP overnight mail. 2 days after my medical was received by them it changed to card being produced. check where they’re asking you to send the RFE if it’s a field office you’re likely close to being done
