Hi, l receive my Oath day notice mail, l bought a ticket to Spain for June 5 my oath is on may 7, if l applied to my passport at the same day, may 7¿how long can be take send me the passport? l an planning do the EXPEDITE one is more expensive

PD- 05/28/2020 receipt -06/5/2020 biometric- 12/05/2020 interview-04/13/2021 I filled in Atlanta but I did my interview in Alabama Montgomery the interview took like 1hr and some min and we were separated, and they never send me my EAD before the interview, the interview went well, next day my I-765 was approved but my I-485 still at interview was scheduled pls anybody know what’s going on I keep checking everyday nothing

Biometrics to Case Approved

My I-485 status was “Biometrics taken at Jan 6” for the last 3 months. Yesterday it was changed to “Case Approved”. Is that normal? My case status didn’t change to any other statuses like “Ready to schedule interview”, “Interview scheduled”, or “Card being produced”. Has this happened to anyone? When can I expect my card in the mail? EB2, ROW PD - Feb, 2020 Filed AOS - Oct, 2020 Bio - Jan, 2021 EAD/AP combo in hand - Jan, 2021 GC approved - April, 2021

finally approved and in hand 🤚🏽 it’s a great feeling now I’m just waiting for appointment to get SSN and go from there!! But I do have a question they only give me that for one year 🤔 I wonder if next year I’ll be able to renew? if case my application process will be behind? after an approval NOID and Request for Initial evidence, I still have to attend an interview? any similar case?

hey guys... they skipped my EAD and I got my GC. I'm trying to figure out how apply for SSN. at Social security office, they said that o have to wait 20 days. but they do not know if the USCIS applied for me or not. how is your experience ? thanks

today was my interview and got approved on the spot card been pruduce we started in 2019 July and it ended 15 April no advance parole even my i131 was approved in March

Hello Community: Here is my timeline; -May 2nd 2020 sent paperwork (I-751) -May 11 2020 uscis received paperwork -after maybe 4 weeks or so I received the extension letter -jul 15 2020 fingerprints done (they used the previous prints) -Feb 11 2021 received RFE -March 15 responded to Rfe -April 14 New card is being produce. (no interview) it was a smooth process, better than the adjusting of status. best of luck to you all!

Grace of Good, EAD approved

I was so anxious the last couple months as my work authorization (current visa) was expiring in July and not having an EAD to continue my current job would have been devastating for our family. Here is my timeline: Oct 2 - EAD, AOS filed Nov 17 - NOA, receipt numbers Jan 19- Biometric (Canceled due to presidential inauguration) March 24 - Biometrics April 6 - Applied to expedite case April 10 - Request to expedite case approved April 14 - New card is being produced. Praise the lord.
