to whom all waiting for EAD approval for Vawa petition, hope this gives some relief. I was one of the other who got EAD late.... some of same timeline filed has received their EAD 1- 2month ago. every case is different so keep your heads up!

@ Tha Biz no Bio has taken yet. There is no interview for the EAD. PF; prima facie.

that’s where I made my mistake and left out my I485 it’s been over a year and they didn’t even extend my prima facie determination even though I wrote to them for an extension and they acknowledged my letter still nothing

@ S Smith I didn’t do BIO either,
there are many who didn’t take the Bio but EAD approved. ur timeline n mine is similar with mine so plz don’t loose ur hopes up! If USCIS has your fingerprint on record previously filed, they are more likely to use the one in past. any question or need someone to vent on, I’m here for u!

@Alid z if your current EAD is still valid,, you are able to work with your EAD while your I-130& I-485 is pending. Right now it takes abt 4-6.5month to receive EAD through VAWA so it’s better act to quick before yours expire.
