Interview on 29 July, Queens NY at 1pm lasted maybe 10mins , was outside by 1:15 mostly asked general questions when where we met, who proposed who was at wedding, where we live how much we paid for rent. She even asked if we argue and if so how often (I told her just last night we did) she said good at least I know the relationship is real. she then said couldn't Approve it because I had a minor court case in my home country years ago that her supervisor would have to do it, I asked her how long that usually takes she said 2weeks but from her tone and demeanor we could tell it was going to be approved. good luck to everyone

Case Approved after (almost) 1 year waiting!
Hey guys, I have received the AWESOME news that my GC is being produced just 2 days ago, and decided to share to give you guys a little hope😊
I entered the USA as a B-1 and changed my status to a F2 so that I could finish school. In the meantime, I met my husband and we decided to apply August of 2020. I turned in all papers and forms necessary, and got one RFE asking for the I-944 (which I thought had been waived but it wasn't) in October. After that, it took me months to hear back from them. We moved to a new place, and as soon as we asked for a change of address I finally received my biometrics appointment.
After that, our interview was scheduled. We showed up with all documents necessary showing that we are married (PS if you're having your interview soon, bring everything you can, from bills to letters from the family for you and your spouse). The officer was so nice, and even though she didn't say we were approved at the spot, she let me know I'd be getting my card from 2-3 weeks on the mail🥰
I felt like sharing this here so any of you who are still waiting can feel a little hopeful🙏 I promise you it's all worth it. Good luck on each of you guys' journey❤️
