Biometrics marriage based
Am actually waiting for my interview date from USCIS but was surprised to receive another biometrics notification. I had earlier done a biometrics in November, 2020 for i131 and i765. I got a letter today for biometrics for i485, l thought it's just one biometrics for all. Anyone with similar experience please!!!!
I-765 approved.
First they denied my expedite request and then they approved EAD the next day. I applied for an expedite on personal financial loss (no proofs asked)
I applied 765+I31+485 on February 22-2021- employment based- Texas Center.
bio was done on August 3rd 2021.
Any idea when will the status going to change from card is produced to card is mailed? And will i get a combo card?
Hang in there everyone! we are in together! We all will get it soon! ☺️ Thank you!

Eb3 -Card in mailbox
Hi everyone,
I finally received my greencard but I'm just here to tell everyone to hold the faith, it's coming. I have been studying in the US for a few years on F1 and decided to apply for Eb3 with a sponsoring company. Well I got approved two weeks after my interview. I was nervous for those two weeks wondering if I had to wait months to be told that I was approved or not.
First things first, I decided to go to my interview haven't started work on my ead card. I was scared because I didn't know how I would show paystubs. I did not want to change my interview date to a later date so I decided to go to my eb3 interview without my lawyer. I was in the middle of moving to start my job when the interview was schedule. The interview went okay to say the least but I wasn't sure if I would be approved or RFE.
Anyways the interview lasted about 20 minutes. I told the USCIS officer I was about to move to start working for sponsoring company but my interview was schedule before my move. I decided to wait and attend interview.
I kept searching every website, every group etc for someone who had a similar case like mine where they went to interview before starting the job. A lot of people told me to reschedule but in the end I decided to just attend interview and explain. #holdthefaith
