Case Approved

Hey all,
This community was very helpful throughout my journey so I just wanted to share my timeline here. My family-based green card was approved last week. It took almost 120 days after the interview to receive approval. My interview went smooth, but the interviewing officer said she was new and her supervisors needed to review the case. She said I would hear back in 3-4 weeks, but it took almost 4 months. I also started bugging them with inquiries 60 days after my interview.
Good luck everyone who is on this journey! Wish you all fast and easy approvals!

I think he only asked very few questions, excluding the "are you criminal type question"
To me(beneficiary): what's your name, birth date and current address?
To both of us: how well do you get along with each other's parents, how did you meet them? When did we get married and how long ago did you get married (which is less than 2 years)
Other than that he was having conversation with my wife about how he got a job at USCIS and discussed about what his kids are upto, chatted a bit about her college degree and some random stuff about China, Vietnam and his hatred towards Korean appliances.
While that was happening he would ask me for the original documents to verify.
So I was just a document handler in the room while they both were having a mean conversation about random topics.
At the end, he looked at the clock asked if we had any questions, handed us a paper stating there's a pending review and told me that this is because they will go through my background checks again, told us it could take a month to get a decision.
Escorted us out and thanked us for the good conversation.
At 7:30pm I recieved the email "card is in production"
So all in all I had a great time listening to both of them talk.
And friends that's what happened for an hour.
EAD approved & now waiting for i539 approval
Shorter wait time than expected for my EAD. From the expiry date of my previous one I’ve only had to wait 4 months! A lot quicker than expected.
Still waiting on i539 to be approved

I-130 (F2A) Case Approved
We're truly out of words. It was approved along with my sister's case (also I-130 F2A).
I know the next step would be NVC processing. But I'll appreciate any suggestions and tips for our next steps.

Parents finally got interviewed yesterday and approved!
Just sharing timeline.
US citizen - filed for parents back in late 2019. One parent’s petition was approved before the other within six months, the other took close to 15 months.
They finally had their appointment yesterday and was approved at the close of the appointment. Appointment was based out of the US.
Patience was indeed necessary.
Good luck to all on your journey as I know how long and tiring it is.
