EAD combo card delivers to the wrong address. please help!! so desperate
hi guys, I am so desperate . I was waiting for my combo card 10 months. finally I got approved last and was so happy. today I received a notification that my card was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. I checked a tracking number and they delivered the card to a different city, zip code. I can’t believe this is happening. is there is anything I can do? I talked to live agent. she told me I have to pay fee and refule, even thought it wasn’t my fault they just shipped the card to a wrong address.

After 595 days of waiting and praying, today my case was finally approved!! Praise the Lord!! 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 🙌🏼 USCIS received my ROC package on 12/30/2019. All I can say is, trust God’s timing.
