isnt a k-1 for a fiancé? then this would be considered visa fraud now if you're already married and will have to file for the I-130.

u have to Keep the marriage thing to yourself I guess......... or else it will go against you

well if he has to apply for an I-130 then they're gonna want marriage proof.. thus asking for a marriage certificate copy.. then they will see he got married during the k1 visa process. He can't hide it.

But I heard you are to terminate the k-1 visa and take I-130 if u gt married between the k-1 visa processing

@madison I already file for I-130 along with everything else before the visa was approved and I have my biometric appointment next week on the 10th

@bolu no I filed the k1 April May then I came to visit my fiancé in July long story short I end up staying and getting married in December so I filing everything else after getting married

k1 and k2 can be for married couples too
