Just wanted to share my timeline with y’all..
May 5- interview was ready to be scheduled
May 19- combo card
July 14- interview scheduled
August 19 - interview
Marriage based (USC)
They interviewed me without my husband. they apparently didn’t need him so he waited in the waiting area
- asked me yes/no questions ( the criminal section)
- medical report
- our child’s Birth certificate
- husband’s birthdate and where he was born
- he asked if my parents info was correct
- asked if I ever stayed more than 6 months
- when was the last time I entered the USA
- my address.
- who stays with me
- why did I marry my husband ( I said he is smart & handsome lol)
- two passport pictures of husband.
and I was approved on the spot.
officer said he didn’t need to see my husband and my testimony was sufficient.

i751 approved but still got biometrics notice
My application to remove condition of permanent residency was approved in April and I finally received my 10yrs green card in July. This week I received a biometrics appointment notification.
what does this mean? do I have to go for the biometrics?
someone knowledgeable with this situation should please advice.
