My petition for marriage based permanent residency was approved on spot during my interview last Monday. A few minutes after that I could already see an update on my status saying the card is being produced. Yesterday I saw a tracking number and my green card will be delivered on Monday. I filed for adjustment of status on August 20 2020. it took me one full year to end the entire process. I’m head it all went well. Good luck to all of you in the same situation. Sray calm and positive.
I get approved but still waiting notice
I get approved my case i730 now it’s 11 days I didn’t receive any notice in mail not even sent to nvc, called uscis spoke to tier 1 ask if any comments on case and told me that they say case pending now I’m not sure what happens.

Just wanted to share my timeline with y’all..
May 5- interview was ready to be scheduled
May 19- combo card
July 14- interview scheduled
August 19 - interview
Marriage based (USC)
They interviewed me without my husband. they apparently didn’t need him so he waited in the waiting area
- asked me yes/no questions ( the criminal section)
- medical report
- our child’s Birth certificate
- husband’s birthdate and where he was born
- he asked if my parents info was correct
- asked if I ever stayed more than 6 months
- when was the last time I entered the USA
- my address.
- who stays with me
- why did I marry my husband ( I said he is smart & handsome lol)
- two passport pictures of husband.
and I was approved on the spot.
officer said he didn’t need to see my husband and my testimony was sufficient.

i751 approved but still got biometrics notice
My application to remove condition of permanent residency was approved in April and I finally received my 10yrs green card in July. This week I received a biometrics appointment notification.
what does this mean? do I have to go for the biometrics?
someone knowledgeable with this situation should please advice.
