after you got the officer on the phone, what did you tell them for the expedited request? did they ask why ? just any details would be greatly appreciated as I’m in urgent need of i131 for travel..

Excellent, and very quick processing of expedite! 🥳 I submitted my I-765 Expedite Request on 8/12… still nothing.

just tell them why you need to travel urgently. if family matters you can file under humanitarian reasons, you can ask the officer to list out the reason you can expedite under. mine is severe financial loss

did you call after you put in the expedite or you called for the purpose of expedite and it was approved later

I called to put in the expedite. you can still call after to check the status of your expedite request they can help you

@chi chi can ask if they ask for some evidence of loss income? Uscis respond my expediate said that I have to send proof, but I don't exactly what I have to send to them, can you advice me please

this is to predict financial loss.. they didn’t ask for my case. I can’t give any good advice, but I would try giving my past salary record to show them I could have made all these money had I have EAD now
