I-485 via USCIS or court
Hello,
I just got I-130 approved and next step to fill I-485 vis USCIS of immigration court since I still have Master hearing asylum court. Do you have any experiences and experiments to this scenario. I’m really confused what I should do since both court and Uscis have delays.

I-131 and I-765 filled separate. Will be a combo card?

I’m looking if someone else is in the same situation as me.
I filled I-485 and I-131 together in one envelope. Days later I filled and sent the I-765. Under myUscis, I-485 and I-131 are linked (concurrent filling).
A couple days ago my I-765 got approved (card being produced), but I-131 hasn’t changed.
Is there anyone else that filled and sent the forms the same way as me and still got a combo card?

just had my n400 interview today at 10 am in San Francisco luckily I got same day oath ceremony as well, guess I’m a US citizen now Wooohooooo😎
done with everything, got my certificate in my hand, so relaxed.

What is the next step after i824 approval? It is for my spouse living abroad. How long does USCIS take to transfer case to NVC? Do we receive any email or receipt notice from NVC? I am a LPR through employment.

I did submit an expedite request as healthcare worker (I am an field service engineer, working with high end lab instruments commonly used as diagnostic/treatment medical devices). my 180-day extension expires on march 2nd.
I used Emma (a referral number was given to me)
receipt of expedite request on 07 Feb 2022.
card being produced on 08 Feb 2022 (no support/evidence requested).
I am 100% sure this was done by the expedite request. Please give it a try: when contacting Emma for example, give them a short and strong statement about your situation. I highly believe that too much info before requesting more evidence might play against you.
