Congrats! Did the status of your I-131 change at the same time as the I-765? Also, did you filled concurrently both documents (same envelope)? The status of my I-765 changed to card being produced but the I-131 hasn’t changed yet. Thank you!

i filled concurrently. I 131 says case closed. i confirmed on call with an agent that combo card is being processed.

why do people file for the I-131? myI-130 and I-765 already approved in January . My I-485 pending.. Do i have file for it too.

131 is to be able to travel outside the country while 485 is pending

Ramsha, did you travel while i131 pending? I just got i765 approved but i131 did not change. I called and they told me I have to wait to receive card to see it.

@ana G C: I couldn’t have traveled with my 131 pending unless I had an emergency travel permit which I do not. My notice does say combo card approval when I downloaded it. also, my 131 says case closed. if you applied for 765 and 131 then you should get a combo card if your 765 has been approved. they kind of bundle 131 with the 765.

MyUscis doesn't specify combo card. I can only find card is being produced. No way to figure out if that will include AP. Most probably not because my i131 status didn't change.

that’s interesting because the title of the pdf notice that I downloaded from my uscis is I-765 C09 combo approval and the notice says “we have approved your application for employment authorization and advance parole based on your pending Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.” i wouldn’t worry too much though cuz if you filed together then you should get combo. good luck!

Still I don't know from where you downloaded a pdf. When I sign in MyUSCIS I can only see status of the cases that I have added. I don't see an option to download anything. Could you please help me to figure it out? I guess you downloaded your receipt notices but I don't see that option.
