EB1-A Self Petition. Feb 8th - New Card Being Produced.
Thank you to my God, Family and Friends and well wishers.
Came to America in 2017 from India and receiving green card on Feb 8th, 2022 with a EB1-A self petition in 95 days. No words to explain anything right now. I’m overwhelmed with joy.

Congrats. Did you expedite? I also have a EB1-1 petition and I-485 submitted early August and recieved EAD card two weeks back. No update on I-485 yet. I hope my approval happens sooner (submitted medicals with my application)

congrats!! I guess EB1-A is getting faster approval then EB1-B. I applied september 3 rd, hope I also get the GC soon!

@RS GC - thank you. I’m currently on O visa ( extraordinary talent Visa ). I did nothing and my O visa was ending in July 2022. so my lawyers advised and did nothing. all they told me is you’re fine and you’ll be getting it soon and that’s what happened & good luck you’ll get yours as well !!!

my field office was - USCIS Kendall office in Miami, FLorida - just went there to do my biometrics.

@A R - I had submitted my medicals along with my I-485 initial petition as per my lawyer but I still ended up getting an RFIE asking for medicals again.

Thanks @Kaushal again, finally we refeived the pink letters to send 2 photos for the 485. we submitted 4 photos in the original packet. Seems like our Lawyer missed that we need 2 Photos for each forms, 130, 765 and 485 🙁. I am curious if someone else faced the same scenario? We are waiting for our attorney to respond on how do we send our response to the USCIS. it’s a minor ask and we are thinking to respond to them on our own.

@ A R - so it’s a straightforward RFIE so it should be fine. even tho mine was medicial I still had my Lawyers file the response. that’s just what I did. good luck with everything.
