case approved but status online still “interview scheduled “
Today was my interview🙌🏻 Approved right there. (But it is not yet updated in the app) Married to American citizen and legal entry with tourist visa! 🚨 CONNECTICUT 🚨 My dates: •PD: September 10,2021 • Biometric: October 15,2021 •November 22,2021: Your card is being produced. Combo Card approved. •December 01,2021: Card in my hands! •December 30,2021: Social Security Card in hand. •January 18,2022: Interview was scheduled for February, 28,2022 at 10:45am 🙏 •February, 28,2022- Approved. The officer was very quiet, we entered at 11:10am. I had to take my childrens because the babysitter canceled, but the officer was happy, she asked my son several questions about games and so on. We left until 12:20 pm because the system was very slow. She said that we were already approved, but that she needed to ask the common questions. That we had children and that everything looks real. She took a picture and my fingerprints. She told me that if i wanted to add extra evidence and I gave it to her. She kept the copies. (Taxes 2021, my husband’s last 3 paystubs , new lease, adoption (husband adopted my oldest son) Questions to my husband: Full name, date of birth, address, social security number, my name and my date of birth. Questions to me: full name, date of birth, address, yes and no questions, if I ever worked here, and why we didn’t submit our documents before if we have been married since 2019. I told her that we didn’t have all the money and that we were getting all our stuff situated first. She said I understand. She also said that my physical were expired, and I told her: How ? I went to the doctor and two days after receiving them I sent my package, She went to the computer and rectified and said it's true, I'm sorry for that. Everything is fine. She made me sign on the iPad and told me that she was going to take me outside. In 1 week you’ll receive the green card for 10 years. Thank you very much yall. God bless you all! ❤️🙌

I-765 Marriage based IOE Case Approved
Hello Everyone, Just like most applicants like here in the Lawfully family, I was really worried about my work permit in particular because my company fired me last December 2021. Even after requesting them multiple times to consider putting me on leave, they still put me off charts. I was feeling bitter about the entire system and everything else that was going on. My wife is still a full time student so she only worked part time so I was just flooded by bills. Now, I applied through my lawyer so he put in a special request for expedite. Plus I also reached out to USCIS and they created an expedite request for me a couple of weeks earlier and then no update or any acknowledgment whatsoever. My recommendation is try to expedite if your ead has expired and try following up. if you bug USCIS, sometimes it works. Atleast you will feel better about your action. Just a heads up, I applied concurrently so all other forms including I-131 are currently in process as I am writing this. Thanks so much Lawfully community!!! Open to any Question!!
