What God cannot do does not exist
The second expedite request got approved this morning. We just now received a notification that the EAD card is being produced as my spouse was on the phone with his agency confirming today as last day of work. Won’t He do it? It’s been frustrating and painful but words cannot explain how grateful I’m to God and to you guys on this forum right now for your valued advices. Note: I have to add that the idea to send a second request for expeditious handling while waiting on a USCIS response from Congress inquiry was given to us by a member of this forum 2 weeks ago. It took us some time to do it but I'm glad we did it. For those of you guys waiting I hope you soon get that type of relief my spouse and I have right this minute. Keep pushing, it will work sooner or later.

Green Card approved VAWA based (i360)
Green Card approved (Vawa based) Alright here’s my journey- JUNE 2019-Filed i360 and i485 together August 2019-Biometrics and photo September 2019- RFE for Good moral character for vawa November 2019-EAD approved JANUARY 2021- i360 Approved February 2021-My i485 moved to local field office who has its jurisdiction. April 2021- received i693 Medical deficiency letter to bring it during the interview whenever it will be. February 2022- Interview letter for i485 INTERVIEW— My interview was at 11 in the morning.Gave the offcer my Medicals and my photo ids.As i entered on B2 visa the officer keep asking me “why didn’t you leave united states” and why did i get married on B2 visa.My ex-wife filed a Temporary restraining order on me but later it got dismissed,so i gave the dismissal to the officer when he asked me ‘have i ever been arrested’ which was NO.Then he asked me how i met my ex-wife because again i entered on B2 visa so he just wanted to know the whole story about “how i met my abusive wife”.But but he didn’t ask me anything about VAWA.Later it was all Yes-No questions.Asked me about what all the documents i have on me,So i gave him my w2 for 2020 and 2021,my birth certificate my vawa approval copy,even gave him Good moral character.After everything he gave a piece of paper which says “My case is being held for a review”. My lawer says it’s very normal,they might ask me or RFE or review the case again.But later in the evening i got a notification says “New card is being produced”. I am so thankful to everyone in this group who helped me with all my doubts and trust me,have patience,i k know it’s hard but later it will worth everything,things will definitely fall to right places.Have faith in God

I got scammed fraud
met this guy of friend of a friend he lives in Dominican Republic talk with him for a whole year and we decided to go to vacation so he decided to come down to the US July 7, 2020 then he decided to stay and he’s like well if I stay I can’t work because to help you out with your kids and pay some bills and a house I need to work I need papers I don’t have any documents a person like me that has no idea what that means I never dealt with this this is brand new to me I don’t know anything about documents or green cards or appointment papers because I’m a US citizen I never dealt with these kinds of issues before so he’s like well I love you I wanna help you with the kids and help with bills and we can have a family because not life we could start everything together so I believed him so he was telling me this process we have to pay for it immigration blah blah blah I said to him OK no problem then finally he started getting his appointment card then he started working he started to change became very cheap telling his friends and family that I’m stopping him for sending money to them to his kids that’s a lie because I was sending money to his kids also then we went for the interview he didn’t even know my birthday my age he didn’t really know basically nothing about me he got the two-year green card thing sorry to change she got a job at PC Richard got a job the garage money became very tight with him he became very cheap everything that he promised he never fulfilled one day I went to his book bag I realize his papers and I realize he open a new bank account but he didn’t use the address that we lived in then he open another account he didn’t use the address that we lived in then he open the bank account in Dominican republic he had approximately $3000 that account he open on October 31, 2021. after that he open the Chase account checking account and a savings account he use his friends address then he open another account he use his uncles address with two jobs we still couldn’t pay the bills I was using my paycheck to pay mostly of the bills and he was just telling me he doesn’t have any money is having when he was hiding and sending money to his family Western Union buying stuff sending money everywhere and I’m just looking at him like where’s all your money you have two jobs he was just lying and lying and lying and one day he decided oh he’s not going to stay here anymore he decided to leave and even though the day he was leaving my video camera showed me that he left and he threw away half of his stuff all the Windsor stuff that he owned here living with me he threw them all in the garbage packed up his suitcase blocked me from his cell phone block me from email change his telephone change his number his family and friends do not speak to me anymore they blocked me basically I was used and scammed he didn’t get the 10 your green card I’m not sure if he still going to get it but he only got the two years I emailed ice I emailed immigration about him I don’t know if that’s going to help basically he lies about me he lied and says I was awful wife I wasn’t cooking and cleaning thank God I have recordings of him he got so point when he realized I have one recording I actually had to use I speak in Spanish so I don’t understand what he was saying he was speaking in different types of tongues that I don’t understand saying like yeah I can’t wait I’m just waiting around she’s calm not so much talking I don’t know if I can stay around for the 10 years a lot of nonsense . I need help
