my lawyer gave it to me. you can call the USCIS and get it i guess

premium processing is an option the USCIS have for the I-140 filing. you can file your I-140 regular and it will take who knows how long to be processed. or you can file premium and it will be guaranteed to be processed in 14 days but it costs extra charge.

I-140 is not a work permit application. it is a petition of the employer to sponsor you. when filed premium processing, the USCIS has to respond in 14 days. it could be approved or denied. unfortunately this option is not available for any other services

oh very interesting because I saw about i765 but there is many of them employed based marriage based and I couldn’t understand. after you pay many thousands they still can denied ? really?
