Case Approved
GC In Hand Brooklyn - No Interview
Just got my GC in hand. I filed April 1, 2021 in Brooklyn, NY (marriage based) and my interview was waived. I saw several others around the same time in Brooklyn get their interview waived if they had a strong case and their medical was filed at the same time. So happy, after 6 years in this country I’m finally a permanent resident!!
Standalone EAD Approved
I filed concurrently for I765 and I-131 but got approval only for standalone I-765.
Has anybody had the same experience? How long did it take for the AP approval?
I didn’t expedite.

yayyyyy
this is such a relief after our interview yesterday and the amount of anxiety I have had waiting. I’m in my mid 20s and I married my college boyfriend last year. we moved in together after or wedding and is the only thing that has our name on it together. we don’t file taxes together because he is a dependent under his parents and we don’t have a joint account. also we got eloped and had no family present due to my family not being able to travel for Covid we didn’t want to wait to start our lives together after dating all 4 years of college. we did have the proof of required funds between us and over 100 photos of us over the 4 years and with family and friends. after hearing some bad scenarios on here we were hesitant we didn’t have enough proof but the interviewer was so nice he only asked the yes no questions and then how we met and when we started dating and was honest about the elopement. I asked if he needed anything else and said nope I just approved you.
I only got the conditional 2 year so will have to redo all this in 2 years but still waiting on my work authorization. I’m just so happy I haven’t been able to go home for over two years because of Covid and then this and just being able to have the freedom to travel and see family it’s amazing.

GC approved without interview!
Hey lawfully fam. Today i’m sharing with ya’ll some great news. After 8 months, my case was approved without interview. Which is great! I was a B1B2 visa holder, visa almost expired when i came last year, get married and sent one big package with all the forms (I130, I130A, I485, I693, I765 and forms for affidavit of support) and evidences one day before i overstayed (June 29th). Received all the receipts one week later (1st week of July). The next update was my biometric’s appointment (10/23/2021). Biometrics were taken on 11/17/2021. Two hours later the same day, they started reviewing my I485, I131 and I765. Days, weeks, months nothing! And finally on February 28th 2022, lawfully sent me the notification saying that they are actively reviewing the I130 form. 24 hours later, March 1st 2022, they approved both my I130 and my I485 forms. I was like…. Without interview…. no way!!! March 3rd card was produced. And today, case closed (benefit received by other means) for both I131 and I765.
So Guys, God is great, keep the faith, stay positive. Everything is possible. Good luck all!

NVC Stage
Hi! I am a petitioner, I currently used my sister’s address as my mailing address but then in the Affidavit of support I put my physical address. Also, during the I-130 application i also declare my physical address but then i moved in to other apartment again. Do i still need to inform uscis about the new physical address or it doesn’t matter coz i am in NVC stage now?
I would like to thank god 1st for opening up this new chapter in life for me and I’m going to continue to pray for others who applications who are still in processing

PD March 31 2021
First our case was at NBC but got switched to Texas (we only found out after asking Emma 7 months later because Nebraska processing time was 4-7 months)
Actively Reviewing since September 14, 2021
A day ago, after seeing some cases got approved with PD March 29, today my wife (US citizen) went to check our case status on USCIS webpage and to the section of Documents she found the Approval Notice.
Lawfully still doesn’t show that our case approved
Have faith!
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! ❤️
