had my greencard approved, and approval notice was sent but then after did not receive the approval notice at my address when i realized card was mailed and undeliverable to address had to pick it up myself at the post office,got an update yesterday about the approval notice been sent back to them and this morning again that document was mailed to me concerning my I485 mean while the card was undeliverable because there was no apartment number on it.

We just got approval this morning.
almost 29 months and many inquiries outside normal processing time. Finally we got the answers.
still many steps waiting for us!!

VAWA case
I am asking for a friend of mine. When he was in Jamaica applying for his visitors visa at the embassy, on his application he had stated that he is married of which he was not,however he was granted the visa but now he is married for real this time after arriving in the United States. He wants to file a waiver for misrepresentation of making that error about being married when in Jamaica. What are the chances of approval filing the waiver?
