Officers don't like unnecessary paperwork . 15 to 20 proof is perfect. Same goes for pictures 15 or 20 pics that depict major milestones and events . Second : Avoid taking lawyers to the interview . Marriage base green card has a 90% approval rate . People with good proof hardly get denied . You only need a lawyer at the interview if you have a felony or you entered illegally in the country . Lawyers are not a helpful during the interview because they don't have a major say in your basic questions. Sometimes it might even weaken your case . Tips for traveling with Ead card: Don't travel if you have a felony or entered the Us illegally. If you don't have any of these,travelling shouldn't be a problem .
