My husband's case was approved yesterday! .
Case originally in Nebraska but transferred to Vermont. I am a U S. Citizen. Filed June 23rd, 2021 online. Submitted my birth certificate, license, SSN card, passport photo, his Mexican ID and passport photo, tax documents filed together, joint credit card account info, a notarized letter of recommendation from one of his family members and one from myself. Case actively reviewed in November and did not update again until yesterday afternoon to approved. My husband is in Mexico so now we are just waiting for NVC! Good luck to everyone still waiting. Your turn will come!
