Case Approved
Case approved + how interview went
Hey everyone I hope ur morning is going good, normally I come to lawfully just to see all the approved cases just to give myself some hope, but today I pray that I am that hope for someone else. Trust me waiting for something this important and life changing can get you really stressed and worked up I know I was, but I just want to let you all know that your time is not too far behind you will get that interview notice, you will get that approval notice, you will get that statues update you’ve been waiting on. guys during the interview my husband was only asked 3 questions and the rest was on me because he was the one who filled the document so they didn’t feel the need to ask him anything so most of the questions was directed to me. at the end of the interview he asked for supporting documents like joint access and we weren’t able to provide much of those because whenever he tried to add me into things like insurances rent.. etc they would always ask for a SSN which I definitely did not have so we explained that to the law officer and he was like “okay, we are not going to deney you because your husband is a US citizen we will give you the 2 years but I will leave a note that when u come back for the renewal y’all should have more joined assets”. soon as he said “congratulations” I Bursts into tears I don’t know if it was the pregnancy hormones but guys I was really crying in that office i was so so relieved to have heard those words that I wish you guys nothing but the BEST you will get your moment!!

NVC Expedite
Hello Everyone!
I recently submitted my financial and husband's civil documents to the NVC. Unfortunately, my husband suffered a severe knee accident while playing basketball (he is a professional player in our home country) and I was wondering wether the NVC might consider expediting our case giving his situation. He is doing much better but he has physical therapy 3 days a week and his team has been paying for everything cause of his contract but I still want to be there for him and I cannot travel as often because of my job. Do you guys think is worth sending a request or no?

how long after approval of I-130 will my husband actually be let into the US
My husband just got approved today, I filed June 2021. Hes not in the US, and I’m also 5 months pregnant, I wanted to know how long after the actual approval will he be let in to the US, like when will he be here after the interview and what not. I just want to know if he’ll be here before I give birth or not. I have no clue how long this process takes or could take, and I know they all vary but just a hint would help me. I’m tired of traveling back and forth out of the US I’m finally ready to start my life with him, but I’m so impatient now I just need him here. And knowing what to expect will really help as well
I-751 and N-400 joint case
I-751 was delayed so as soon as I could I applied for naturalization (following 90 day rule and 3 years as resident based on marriage). The naturalization application only took 4 months to get scheduled for an interview. A joint interview for I-751 and N-400 was done and in a matter of less than 5 months I became a citizen.
Field Office: San Fernando Valley, California.
