wrong middle name on EAD
filed i 765 online and by mistake added NA on my middle name and when I received my case no it had my middle name as NA. Sent out typographical error request and also submitted a letter online for correction. Still my approval letter had wrong middle name. What if the Ead also comes with the wrong middle name?
would it affect my employment? Initial opt expired. #ead #incorrectead

WHAT SHOULD I DO!
I applied for F4 visa in 2009 June, at that time my son was of 5years old and my daughter was of 4years old but due to COVID-19 our priority date stop moving and from 2021 it is stucked on OCT 2007 I want to know how much time it will take to move yet my childrens are now 17 and 18 what should I do as if they get older 21 I want to know about how time it will take for processing.

I have approved 2 mounth ago but uscis wants us sending I824 form
somewhere I heared this is an error of uscis and we have to call with ombadsman,somewhere I hered we have to pay money for new form I824.anyway We did seceond way becouse we did not indicate counsouler in I130.

from few days I saw whenever people get approval notice USCIS suggested them to file I-824 or I-485
I have few relatives they got approved but notice says file to I-824 or I-485
I ask an attorney he’s saying it’s normal but USCIS says follow the approval notice
What about anyone from group is that same saying to anyone?
stokes interview
so i was scheduled last Tuesday for a stokes interview in a week for today, i did went but my husband didn’t turn up😓 anyone can give me some advice.
