Case Approved
Both EAD and Parole approved under vawa.
I never expedited, but after 7 months of waiting patiently both EAD and Parole were approved. submitted my case April 2021. Got one prima facie which is expected to expire this November 2022.
November 8th, 2021, request for evidence to I-360 was received by USCIS.
6th June 2022, biometric finger print was updated to my case. On the 7th June 2022, EAD was approved. Advance parole too was approved on 8th June, 2022.
I know it is never easy to wait for these odd months. I pray that our closed doors should be opened. Favour of God should speak on our behalf.
I wish you all God's speed.
Thank you all.

It seems to be over… 🥳
After almost 2 years since application of the I-140 I got my approval and my card is on the way.
This journey was really stressful, but now it seems to be over. I think I will only believe that it is over after the card is in my hands.
I want to share my timeline with this community. The community is super helpful and this is important to give hope to everyone that is waiting.
I hope USCIS really gets better in processing all applications and everyone gets a faster response from now on. 🙏🏼
