requste I824 for approval I130
I have approved 2 mounth ago but uscis wants us sending I824 form
somewhere I heared this is an error of uscis and we have to call with ombadsman,somewhere I hered we have to pay money for new form I824.anyway We did seceond way becouse we did not indicate counsouler in I130.
how long dose it will take for 824 during I130?
which way is true?

dicen que primero uno debe revisar el I-130 haber si es vdd que comes tomos el error, a mi me esta pasando lo mismo hace 10 días iré donde un abogado para que me revise

the approval sheet says that anything to call uscis, my husband called and asked him if I was out of the country he said yes she told him to give him a moment and told him that his case would be sent to the NVC not to send anything else from 0 to 90 days, we will wait for that

@distiny jmmy Do you receive your welcome letter from NVC? & did you have this sentence in your approval notice: Therefore, USCIS has retained the petition.

@distinye I’m approved later not saying call my said I have to file I-824 form or I-465 form I’m am permanent resident so I filed I-824
