Case Approved
i765 Approved after Expedite Request
Hello Fam, my Expedite request worked for i765. I requested for expedite on June 15th thru Emma Virtual Chat and just woke up to this. They approved my i765 expedite request without requesting supporting documents. My reason was financial loss and not being able to work to even pay bills and rent.
I wish you all get yours soon. Try to expedite if you can.
I did not apply for combo card. Just EAD.

Question about expedite request
hi everyone I’m trying to see if I can #expedite my #NVC interview psychologal trauma grounds. (I’ve been suffering thru deep depresion) so family reunification is something that the doctor is suggesting. my question independently that my expedite request gets approved or not, does that affect me negatively during the interview? would the US govt see me as a public charge and deny me the visa ? #expediterequest

Case Approved but needs Amendment
I got my case approved on 5/21/2022 and have been waiting for our NVC welcome letter for about a month. It wasn’t until last week when we realized it is being held at USCIS.
Looking at our documents, we noticed there was a mistake made and we should have kept 1 question blank on our I-130 request. Does anyone know how we can amend our I-130 approval to make this change so it can move on to NVC?
Cast your cares unto the Lord and he will sustain you.
Hello, friends. I’m here to share my final update with you. On June 17, 2022 the Lord answered our prayers and my husband’s case was approved! We were denied in 2020 but kept the faith, prayed and believed that God will show himself to be true. We are so escatic and joyful and wish and pray the same for all on this journey. if you are waiting don’t lose hope but continue to trust in God for he is the Alpha and Omega.
Final Update: Card was delivered a couple hours ago by God’s grace and my husband received 10 years. We are so thankful to God for his mercy and kindness and all the wonderful people we met along the way. My last words of encouragement to all of you especially those in a deep dark place continue to pray, lean and place your trust in God. He always comes at the right time. ❤️❤️

middle name came first before first name on my work authorization and advance parole.
Hi guys! I got my work authorization/advance parole last month. on the work authorization/parole my names was written as follows.
Surname : Brown
Given names: Jessica Latoya
Then on my Social security card it was written as follows
Brown Jessica
no middle name.
Also on my country’s passport my names was written as
follows.
Surname: Brown
Given names: Latoya Jessica
So basically my first and middle names was switched around on my work authorization/parole card and then my social dosen’t have my middle name. just wondering if this is a problem because I plan to use my parole and my passport to travel abroad soon. please let me know if there is anyone else on this boat and how you handled it. thanks
case of my wife is on NVC.
I filed for my wife and her case was sent to NVC. the problem now is that I was supposed to file two 130 forms one for my son. what can I do coz she can't go to the embassy alone without my son who's Young. I filed for my son still waiting for his case 1-30 to get approved. I left my wife's case at NVC level I don't if there's a way I can keep it onhold to wait for my son's case to get approved so that they can go together to embassy. any advice please??
