Case Approved
Grren card 10 years
guys, I got my green card last year, however my husband is asking me for divorce😔😔😔 he wants to separate.
I have both my miden last name and his last name. what should I do keep his last name to avoid all the process of filing I 90, because I was told that would take a year and a half for them to send you a new green card or just keep the last name and change it. during naturalization?
thanks
485 Approved
Good news to share, 485( Eb1 Nov 2021) were approved on 7/5 and cards were received on 7/9 for me and my spouse on 7/8, but for kids, the case was approved, no cards produced yet! for Kids, the status never changed to 'requested card', before moving to the approved state. Anyone with a similar state? any suggestions
How long does it take to receive a green card in the mail?
My EB3 green card was approved 5 days ago and has been showing "New card is being produced" since then. How long does it take for the update to change to "We mailed your card", as well as to receive the actual card in the mail?
I need this anxiety to be over y'all.😀
How does it work!
My I-130 was approved and sent to the NVC and when I log in using my case and reference number I would see not paid where one of the fees should be paid but no option to pay it. I’m wondering if my lawyer needs to submit any physical documents before I get the option to pay the fees.
NVC documents
Hi everyone,
My mother’s i-130 is approved. For NVC documents, in her birth certificate she has a middle name but in all other documents she doesn’t have a middle name. It is just her first and last name.
On my birth certificate, my mother name is just her first name only.
To get all these corrected to same name in India, it is a big process and takes many months. So, I just submitted the documents whatever the way it is.
Hopefully, they accept it!
Any thoughts and suggestions?
Thank you,
Sam
