@Nikeita Reid-Laing I submitted the proof of financial loss that i am goong through wrote a letter to help me and sent it to VERMONT SERVICE CENTER USCIS AND THEY APPROVED IN 15 days i even contacted congressman and he also helped me

@ yash wow congrats 🎉 that was very quick, do u have a lawyer if yes did u send the letter with your lawyers approval or u just sent it yourself. Question what examples of the financial loss u sent and what main thing u wrote in that letter please if u can elaborate.. it will help .. 💪

@ nikki anydaynow thanks 🙏 i wrote a brief letter describing that i am going thru financial loss not able to pay my cc bills not able to pay rent my personal loan instalments are getting bounced i collected all paper from bank attached the letter with all documents and sent it to VERMONT SERVICE CENTER and then they approved in 15 days….

I hope I get through soon. I submitted 1-360 last October 2021 and the did biometrics in February got prima facie in February 2022 also. filed 1-131 1-485 and 1-765 March 30 and all documents have fingerprints added to them already. I hope to God I hear something soon . please lord.

I submit mines from March. 2022 prima facie April 2022 fingerprints June 2022. just waiting for approval for my EAD I’m stressed out about this.
