here it is off the Canadian government website. I am a lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (green card holder). Do I need an eTA? No. As of April 26, 2022, lawful permanent residents of the U.S. must show the following documents for all methods of travel to Canada: a valid passport from their country of nationality (or an equivalent acceptable travel document) and a valid green card (or equivalent valid proof of status in the United States)

correct, no more ETA is needed for green card holders. I did one in 2020 because I needed it it then but received an email in April 2022 that I no longer need to provide the ETA when going to Canada. So book your tickets and enjoy. You will only need to travel with the green card and passport.
