it's super slow.... i have friends that filed after me and got approved within a month....

It is crazy. I applied in April and received the approval last week after expedite.

@daniel u r lucky u got the approval after expedite. they are not accepting expedition anymore. all they said was our case looks fine and recently they transferred our case to different sc. only 2 people are head of us. not sure what that means?

can I ask you a question. I did mines in March 21st, 2022 already did my biometrics June 3rd, 2022, I’m still waiting for my EAD approval. think I should wait until momth 6 to check back.

your biometrics was just a month ago, so i wouldn't worry much. check your processing time on the USCIS website, and check back if it takes longer. unless you have a good reason to expedite, they won't do it....but as I said before, my friends filing later than I did, got there EAD much earlier, so I'm not quite sure how they process the cases..

and they're definitely messing up. originally I filed in December, and they sent my whole packet back because of "i paid the wrong filing fees". so i sent the whole packet back as it was with an extra explanation letter and printed Fee schedule, and then they accepted it and took the money from my bank account...

@Katres, they count time from the date they received it, aka your priority date. my biometrics was on March 11, 2022. after that my status for I-485 and I-765 changed for "case is being actively reviewed by USCIS."

@Edina Schwartz mines is still saying fingerprints received. then when I called it says fingerprints review complete. USCIS is reviewing application.
