Case Approved
Feliz y Agradecida
Gracias Potomac Service Center!!!

Gap Time Between F-1 and H1B
I’m on F-1 visa and got approved for H1B. H1B starts on Oct 1 and my school’s deadline for pausing my study is by Sep 8. Even after the 15 day grace period, my latest date to leave the US after student visa ends would only be Sep Sep 23. Do I really have to leave the US on Sep 23 and get back again on Oct 1?
