i-485 approved in less than two months
My i-485 got approved in 52 days. Looks like USCIS is speeding up the processing. Good luck everyone!

* Filed i-140, EAD and Travel Document concurrently with I-485.
* Submitted Medical during the time of filing.
* Filed i-140 with Premium Processing
* I-140 approved on Jun 23
* Cased transferred from SRC to NBC on Jul 7
* Jul 29 - New card produced
* Aug 1 - Case approved
* Aug 2 - Card was mailed
* Currently waiting on the card in mail.

@Ay My company didn’t pay for premium but they allowed me to cover it if I want to, so I decided to pay out of my pocket. Premium was for I-140, there is no premium for I-485.

some times good lawyer give you right instruction .. I have a plan to applay for EB2 and thinking to get a good lwayer in this matter

agree. thanks for the answer. I am in 485 process right now. eb1-3. I wish I was a little bit more educated in these matters when I first met the lawyers taking care of my case. I would have asked different questions to understand what can make the process smoother. knowledge and information is key ;-)

no nothing about USCIS I think. you’re just super lucky! I’ve filed my I-140 through premium processing by my company and they even covered the premium processsing fee. EAD and travel document and I-485 filed concurrently on March 2022 but nothing except biometric and photo update changed on I-485.

@Living God My biometrics appointment was on Jul 13. My case was transferred to NBC on Jul 7 but I never got any notice related to transfer to a Field office.
