Looks like most approvals are from eb1a or eb1b. Any eb1c approvals for those filed in July/August 2024 time frame ? I’ve filed on July 29th concurrently. 140 and 765 approved. fingerprints done on Aug 21st. Now waiting on 485. no update since then. India PD Jan 2018

still waiting after interview pd September 2020

anyone is waiting approval after interview? I had an interview beginning of July and they haven’t approved yet. The officer told me that they will check visa availability for my green card but no update still.

Hi guys! Has anyone traveled to USVI? Is real ID enough or I should take Advance Parole as well? I have read online that there is CBP and someone was held for 6 hours which makes no sense to me since it is US territory

Hello, I sent to Ucsis the I-765, I-131 and I-485 in April and they opened my case on May 22nd but they only submited de I-765. When they start working on the I-131 and I-485 the start day will be May 22nd as well?

I got an update on here stating that “NVC has approved your document submission. The next step will be notified.” what happens next after this?

when do I get a text message or email about receipt number for my case of I-485 ? I mailed it through fedex. for I-140, I got an email next day but for I-485, it is been 3 days and nothing

Greencard if given 2 years after marriage? 10 year?

Hi 👋 is it true that you get a 10 year with no conditions if you receive it 2 years after you have been married? My one year anniversary is coming up in 2 weeks. Seems like many people wait a long time. We filed in March and the receipt date was 4 months after we got married.
