Did this Happen to anyone else? I am a greencard holder will have a citizenship interview soon My I130 case has had no update since I applied back in jan 21, 2022.
I spoke to Emma agent which said that Uscis send emails sometimes by mistake.
Update: today oct 24 my case was approved 😭

Any advice For My Sister Please!!!
Hi everyone, I'm in a tough spot and could use some advice.
My husband and I are going through some issues, and he recently told me he wants a divorce. At the same time, my I-485 case has been moved to a field office. I've submitted a good amount of evidence to show our marriage was bona fide, but now l'm not sure how the divorce might affect my case.
Has anyone been through something similar? Does a pending divorce impact the I-485 process when the case is already at the field office? Should I inform USCIS, or should I wait until there's an official decision on the divorce?
Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I applied for Vawa on December 21, 2022. My lawyer sent the forms I-130, I-765, and I-485 by express mail on August 19, 2024. It has been 7 weeks, and my lawyer hasn't received the receipt notice. I contacted USCIS, and they said they haven't received anything either! Should I be concerned?

My husband and I decided to file a writ of mandamus in August 2024 and the last person was served towards the end of August 2024. The embassy asked for my husband passport around the beginning of September 2024. We received his visa the first week of October 2024.
ETA: Moved to America middle of October 2024.

Hello again everyone! I hope you all are getting tons of approval notifications for your cases! 🩷🍀
I just got a notification that USCIS issued a RFE but it’s not showing any document regarding this matter on my documents section. Of course this triggers such a huge anxiety on my nerves because I have two options and I need your opinion.
I have work authorization because I have another case with USCIS so I have SSN and everything, my income is way over the poverty line and my household is my husband and I … my husband has had a lot of economic issues lately so we signed the contract for affidavit of support and I attached all my paystubs, job offer, RN license, everything.. on the other side, I forgot to attach my birth certificate SMH! 🤦🏻♀️ I know it’s such a stupid mistake from my side but well .. my question is: which one do you think is more likely to get? RFE for affidavit of support or birth certificate?

hi All, I just received a RFE for a new medical and provide evidence to confirm relationship post marriage.
we provided marriage certificate and are married since 2014. officer seems not convinced and asked for more evidence post Dec 2014. regarding medical, a strange thing happened. last July 2023, we did our medical from a listed civil surgeon. and it seems USCIS decided to revoke his status as civil surgeon god knows when and asked us to do new medical.
it’s unfortunate and my second rfe post birth certificate RFE.

I have today received a notification that my interview is scheduled. If anyone recently went for an interview can share their experience. Also I have change my sponsor during the process. worked with new sponsor for six months and than left and not working currently. what question i can expect.
