Hello everyone. today it’s been 6 months since they actively review my case for the second Time and since May 15th until today nothing change 😔anyone with the same problem ? I’m twins my twins sister get approved since April 16th though they received our case the same day and actively review it for the first time together. I ´m very confus please I need answer.

Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out for some guidance on my immigration case. My receipt date was February 28, 2024, and I have already received my EAD work permit. I am sponsored by a company and currently in the final stages of the process. My main goal now is to receive my Advance Parole (I-131) so that I can travel internationally and get married. The estimated processing time is around 10 and a half months, and as of today, it has been 257 days since my receipt date. If anyone has insights or experience with this timing, I’d greatly appreciate any advice or a rough estimate on when I might expect to receive my Advance Parole. #travellermit #emergencyap #urgency

Work permit renewal (EAD)
My EAD (work permit) as an asylum will expire in 10 months, and in order to apply for a renewal, I need to be within the 180-day (6-month) timeframe. I'm concerned about potential policy changes with the new Trump administration. Should I try applying for my EAD earlier than the allowed timeframe? Has anyone attempted this before?

This time the application process was very fast.
right after the fingerprinting appointment, the EAD was approved within 1 day. Roughly 1 week
later the EAD was delivered with a validity of 5 years.
Now we need to continue to wait for I-131 to be approved and wait to be current for the I-130 and I-485
