i130 denied
Hi Vawa Family ,
I got notification regarding my i130 denied. although my 360 still pending . I got RFE for i130 and my Vawa attorney respond it . Anyone go through this situation ? is this going to impact on Vawa case ? my Vawa is very strong . I have so many proofs including police report .
Traveling Abroad while Abused Based I-751 Pending.
For folks with recent experience, what's your view on traveling abroad while having a pending RoC based on Abuse? We married 1st Qtr of 2022, GC approved Feb 2023 without interview. Meanwhile, as August 2022, I had suffered abused that involved the police, leading to arrest, sentencing & guilty plea by my wife. Fast forward, we couldn't work on the marriage due to the abuse nd othet breakdowns and we eventually divorced in Nov 2024. I just submitted I751 to remove conditions based on abuse. Still expecting extension notice.
I have a need to travel abroad middle of January to be back early February. My 2yrs will still have few days to expire when I returns
Do you all think it is safe, based on experience and happenings lately? Should I wait until I receive extension? Should I travel either I receive my extension or not since my 2yrs GC will still be valid on my planned returns? What you all think? How long does it take to receive extension lately?

what do we do
it’s been 485 days now, we are lost and don’t know what to do, any ideas? our case is as simple as it gets so we don’t really know what the problem is, congress can’t do anything until January so yeah. advice would be much appreciated

Medical Examination RFE
Today at 9:20am I received two emails that action had been taken on my case. USCIS was under maintenance but my case changed to being actively reviewed by USCIS. Last Monday the 2nd I responded to RFE for medical exams and today the 7th I received this update, 5 days after they received my response. I hope to be approved soon. There is still nothing in the document tab but I am still waiting for that moment.
Those who have experience with how long it took USCIS to approve their I-485 after an RFE for medical examinations, asked me for it again because the ones they had on April 2022 had expired

I am so overwhelmed with the emotions. 12 years old journey finally coming to an end. Had to go back to India in 2018 (H1B extension denial); came back to US in 2022 on L1A. This has been a roller coaster ride; looking back when we entered US in 2012, it’s been so rewarding.
For the folks who are waiting: there is nothing else we can do but wait. Hope is all we have. Thank you to all the folks who heard me rant. This has been a fantastic community. Happy to give back.
