please did anyone had this issues, my case was denied because my previous marriage wasn't finalized ,then after getting all the reason why was denied situated, please do I need to annulled the previous marriage with same person (my wife) before marry her again or just go to the court marry her with fresh date then submit again,,please I need help incase any have same problem..thanks God bless
Moving back to India - Impact on 485, EAD, AP
I am here on a L1-A visa since June 2022. My I-140 has been approved since Jan 2023 and my AP / EAD are valid until Oct 2028 / Nov 2029 respectively. My EB1-C priority date is Sep 2022.
I am transferring to a different team in my current company and moving back to India. Is my Green card process going to get abandoned once I move or is it still going to be active and I retain my priority date even after i move ?
Also are my EAD / AP going to be active after I move to india ? If yes, can I use my EAD to find employment in the US if I have to in the future ? Also, can I use my AP at CBP next time I have to travel to the US ?
Terminate Asylum from court
Hello everyone, I have received prima facie and I want to close my asylum case from court (Concord, CA). Can I do it myself while he still represents me? I cannot afford to pay another lawyer. Pls help. I realized they won't approve 131 with pending asylum in Court. Even if they deny 131, can i appeal it after closing asylum or i have to file again and wait for 6 months. How to file with opla or ij? Please guide me.

processing time seems doesn’t exist in this agency it’s your luck you good if not they forgot you sorry depression guys I sent my RFE since September 3th it’s only in October 31th they said they received it the agent I spoke said they started working on my case on October 31th so the September month dont count #sad 😭😭

Next step after biometrics
Hello, I would like to know if anyone has information about the entire process until I have the green card in hand. I submitted my I-140 in March 2023. On September 7, 2023, my I-140 was approved. On November 7, I submitted my adjustment of status I-485. Next Friday, December 13, I have my appointment to take biometrics. I would like to know what steps follow after the biometrics are taken and how long it can take for me to receive my green card or what follows after the biometrics. Thank you.

Finally!!! My Greencard is approved
I got an update from lawfully today!!! I just cannot express my excitement. My Vawa was approved April 1st 2024. This was a long journey, but I am so thankful to God that it has finally come to an end. I pray and wish everyone still waiting success. Do not give up! You all will get there.
