hi Harish . priority date is October 30 2024 although I had an earlier on August 2024 from EB2 non pp submission which is still pending

hi sun . not sure what coc is? I agree there appears to be no rhyme or reason to how they approve these. I was expecting that mine would take forever because I had three dependents. Spouse and two kids.

Hi Mariya , it’s very inaccurate I fact it increased from 7 to 8 months an hour before I got notification of approval. Had started off at 8 months went down to 7 and back up and down . dependents had 10 months form start .

ead approved day after biometrics, Ap for spouse not yet approved. NBC but transfer to LA 2 days prior to approval. ROW

that’s incredible, congratulations! they say that applications are processed in order they are received, but seems like that varies a lot depends on your local office because people wait from 2 to 12 months for EB1

coc is country of chargeability.. specifically India and China takes more time to approve

ah I seee . I understand - china and India versus ROW . true, this may be the reason for variations in approval rates although if you have been allowed to submit a 485 which means you are current. Should it really matter whether you are China/India or ROW. Someone did infer on Reddit that even when your priority date is current for India or China, there can still be a delay because visas get used to quickly for the fiscal year
