I filed October 2021 1 360 was approved November 2024.. hang tight, I seen a few who got approved before the 3yr mark as well.. God is able. @Tee Boy

I filed March 2021 No RFE, 5 prima facie... vawa approved Aug. 2024... still pending I-485... hold on tight to your faith and God.

@faith faith we are VAWA twins same date as you nothing on my I-360 or I-485. I got EAD and AP with 5 prima facie. My last updated on my VAWA was 171 days ago saying correspondence was received and USCIS is reviewing it.

@Stone Mac best of luck to you! 171 days ago of some sort of communication is good! it has been radio silence for me since my RFE was received, a little over 1150 days ago! please post any update you receive!

@Stone Mac I also am on EAD w/AP due to expire 2029 and I’m coming up on my 5th PF. besides the RFE we literally are identical.

2 years 3 primas nor rfe keep me updated hopefully we get a response soon

@Tee Boy Around 535 more days but how, it looks now probably more. Average processing time is 42 months and it's just going up 😔

@Oyin Adee Dear, I need your advise. I refiled my denied VAWA in Sep 2023. I received my first PF in Dec 2023 and in Jan 2025 I got my second PF extended for 6 months. What is your opinion about when can I expect a VAWA decision? I never got any RFE till date. Should I expect any since it’s been 18 months since I refiled VAWA. I am sometimes stressed thinking of the outcome but pacify me all the time when that thought of desperation kicks in.

Currently time 3 year to 4 year to approved VAWA then atleast 4 to 6 month for medical request, then may be 4 to 6 months again for interview, depend on your luck if you approved without interview

filled may 20th 2021 and got 2nd rfe last November and now the final huddle hopefully
