I have heard that when they call you in for a second interview called a ‘stokes interview’ that they separate you and your spouse. you will need to practice at home before you go to the interview so that you both can be prepared making sure your answers match concerning your relationship. see also if you can take with you more evidence of bonafide marriage. good luck I pray all goes well with you. I’m so sorry this happened to you ❤️

yes it happened to me though I already have my 10yrs GC, trust me they have identified something and if you entered with a visa then it’s either they have identified something in your consular application the DS 160 .Get that form and compare the information on it to your I 485 application and see if something is missing.They will separate you guys and have you guys answer the same questions.You have to know if there is a tattoo on your partner etc

Denver field office and my interview last for almost an hour .Questions on the I 485 was asked as usual for the second time because all those questions was asked in my first interview ,but yet they asked .Then the personal questions about your spouse were asked like if my spouse have a tattoo and if yes which part of her body has it and the design and how many tattoos she have..The wedding date.where did we first meet.The names of my in laws and you have step kids their names and date of birth.You make sure to have all the divorce certificates of your previous marriages if you have married before.If you were not married then what I am about to write doesn’t matter to you. If you were married and wrote your spouse name on the DS-160 consulate application before moving to USA there after marrying a US citizen,then make sure you have a divorce certificate to that name on the embassy application.Lastly if you had been refused US visa before and you lied on the form by ticking no then prepare to answer.
