Se puede enviar un ajuste de estatus I-485 a pesar de haber enviado la I-130 hace tres meses?

hey everyone, I’m just curious, my wife and I will be married for 2 years in May 2025, since our i130 hasn’t been approved yet I’m assuming it’s gonna be possible for our interview date to be after the 2 years, does that mean that we would be put into the IR1 visa catergory instead of the CR1 like we originally were applying for?

Hello community, I received 4 emails today they have taken an action in my case but when I logged in to my account it was just they received my RFE, my process time is 16 months, and my step 3 is unchecked, Does anyone have any experience like this before? thanks in advance!

Divorce while i751 and N400 pending
hi everyone, pls can I get a divorce while my 10yrs and N400 is still pending? I got married June 2019 and I got my 2yrs greencard November 2020. and I put in my i751 in 2022, and N400 in Aug 2024. and my husband wants a divorce. will my case still be approved? I’m tired of the marriage as well. I don’t have peace of mind. pls should I tell him to go ahead with the divorce?
CALLING USCIS: they track how much you call
Hi, I called USCIS regarding an email I received today that action had been taken on my case. It was transfered to a field office. The lady said thank you for call today and twice in November……lol
So they do keep track of it. I am just happy my case/application is moving along.
