our i130 was approved Jan 3 and the i485 actively reviewing since then. so unfortunately it can be any day that the i485 is approved. could take 1 day, could take months. just wait for another update.

what country is your case? I see so many approvals for the end of 2023 but then there’s “you” with an April 2024 PD getting approved. congratulations!!

just saw this, yes in the US. Texas to be exact. thank you and still says actively reviewing for the i485. almost a month and a half
