morning! I’m trying to get the understanding I applied for vawa full package in July in a month time I got a primafa, the next 4 months after they moved only my i485 to a new office last month dec I requested a expedite request for my i765 they approved it on January 2 from the 2 jan till now only my i765 changing office to office in total 4 notice of transfer I never received a bio but my question is can they approve my work permit without a bio and I file under category c9P isn’t supposed to process with the travel permit has well? can someone explain the process when approved expedite?

Case Transferred to FO
Ok! So a lot of people have been talking about their cases being transferred and I thought to myself, how does that knowledge help me? thanks to Reddit I can see my case Timestamp :- (when file was last updated/viewed/notes/transferred etc) but that information doesn’t really ease my weary mind. Decided to contact a live agent and I was told my case was transferred to Buffalo FO Dec 19, which does coincides with my case Timestamp Dec 20. Case was viewed again Jan 4.
How long does most cases stay at FO before being approved? I feel like it’s between a stroke of luck, perfect timing and location because the gods alone knows🙏#I-485 #timestamp #usc #widow #buffalo
