That’s what they have been issuing since early last year 2024. It’s nothing new. Mine was issued since August of last year for 5 years.

yes! same exact thing with me. first EAD was 2 years, renewed and now have a 5 year EAD. I am also on my 5th PF

When did you file VAWA? Have you VAWA been approved yet? My priority date is November 2021 as well

@Ini Udo I refiled my VAWA in 2023 and got 5 years combo card which expires in 2029. Dear, did you receive any prima facie after you filed VAWA? if so then how many Prima facie did you receive till date?

aww you are November 2021 as well.. I thought I was alone. which center did you send your renewal to? I sent mine in since February 2025 and still no receipt.

@God is great! Really great I’m not sure where my lawyer sent mine to. We did the renewal in August 2024, and I got the notice in December. The new card came from Nebraska this April.

@March 2022 The reason why I ask many is to figure out how many have got and to know the time line because I had reviewed many VAWA approved cases where majority of those got their I-360 approved within 2-3 months from the date of the extension of the first prima facie.

@March 2022 In my analysis from a bunch of VAWA cases who received prima facie, I observed two typical timelines. One is getting their I-360 approved within 2-3 months from the date of their extension of their first prima facie which would be between 18 and 23 months. The next typical has no specific time line . I am curious to hear early cases approval which I wanna know how many mo the after their first prima facie did they get approved? I refiled my denied VAWA in Sep 2023 and it’s been almost 19 months till date. I got my first prime extended means my second prima facie for 6 months issued in Feb 2025. Accordinf to my analysis I should be expecting my approval anytime this month or by May 2025 if I am fall into the first category of early approval

The 5 years duration was increased and started in late 2023 with a new look too.
