I'm just wondering if we made a mistake? we filed our paperwork online thinking it would be faster or a smoother process instead of sending it out through the post office. anybody else filed their I-130 online last year 2024? #I-130

no access number
it's been 2months since I got me receipt notice and I was supposed to get my access number no later than 4weeks after. So I asked USCIS to send me a new access number since I didn't receive one. Well this morning I got this email-
" We have reviewed your inquiry and need to advise you that we are not able to provide the information you have requested. Specifically, it is not clear that you are the applicant of the requested information or have the legal authority to act on behalf of the applicant.
Due to rules set forth in the Privacy Act of 1974, we cannot discuss the issues or share information concerning the immigration status of the applicant in this case, nor can we confirm that he or she has any action pending with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)"
how is this even possible? I'm getting anxiety because I can't get answers #I-130

I was wondering, I recieved an email saying that "They're taking an action on my case" but when I logged in I didn't say anything that I need to do. What does that mean? 😭🙏🏻Hoping this is the time that I will recieve a very good news🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

hi am aldrin, I need a help regarding re entry. I travelled to USA last week unfortunately immigration officer hold my work authorization cards and advance parole paper, and they send back to India ,which is valid until 2029. i have2 times travelled history without any problem,apart from that my green card is on process. I need legal help to overcome this situation.
is there any possibility to get a new authorization card.
