My process is over family my Green Card was approved without an interview! I wish all the best to everyone and lots of patience. Vawa applied oct 21 Rfe vawa good moral Vawa approved Nov 2024 Jan 2025 rfe GC medicals (my medicals was experied) GC approved without interview (fev 2025) gc approved 4 days after I answer the medicals. I uptade when I have my gc in hands. Stay strong 🙏🏼🙏🏼

BREAKING NEWS: Trump Administration Orders U.S. Consulates and Embassies Worldwide to Fire Staff, Terminates DHS Workers and Immigration Court Judges

Trump administration has ordered U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide to begin the process of firing its staff members and has taken further actions to dramatically change the operations of the foreign service moving forward. These changes have been made in response to President Trump’s executive order entitled, “One Voice for America’s Foreign Relations,” signed on February 12th. The President’s executive order calls upon the Department of State headed by Marco Rubio to make dramatic changes to the way foreign U.S. Consulates and Embassies operate. We are now seeing the impact of this executive order playing out in real time. Shortly after the executive order was signed, U.S. embassies around the world began laying off workers. Sources close to the President have said that U.S. Embassies and Consulates have been asked to reduce U.S. staff members and locally employed staff by at least 10%. Unfortunately, these directives will have extremely harsh consequences for U.S. consular visa processing at Embassies and Consulates worldwide. Staff shortages mean that wait times for both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa interviews will increase significantly.

EB2 Approved after 500 days and got RFE for EB1

I got my I-140 NIW approved but received an RFE for EB-1 since I couldn’t wait for my EB-2 anymore. I used premium processing for my EB-1 application. Do you guys think I should withdraw my EB-1 application, even though my priority date for EB-2 is October 3, 2023, and I still can’t submit my I-485? Any advice is appreciated!

my work Authorization got denied

my wife file for my green card adjustment of status last year December, I got receipt notice January and went for biometric on 27th January, but something surprising happened, my work Autorization got denied the reason been that the form is outdated and incorrect amount, but the amount is correct because I’m filling a combo … my lawyer said some of her clients had same issue and she sent my form back with updated form and I never heard anything from them for 3 to 4 weeks now …. what is my faith since I have done my biometric ? have any one had such experience!?

How long until good news

My case has been transferred from NBC to Baltimore field office in November last year. I heard that Baltimore office is very slow. Hope that i will hear some good news soon! 🙏

I just got news of my approved GC, on a Sunday!! I did not see that coming. Thank you for all the support folks. Quick question: if I-485 was approved before I-130, does that mean anything? When do you think I will get the actual card?

I-485 EB5 Unreserved California Center Timeline

My I-526 (Unreserved) was approved on May 31, 2024, after being submitted in November 2019. I filed my I-485 in September 2022 and have been waiting for approval since. In October 2024, my approved I-526 was transferred to the Department of State. I'm currently in the U.S. and want to proceed with my I-485, but there has been no progress. What should I do? Anybody in the same boat? any recent approvals ? Also, since I know my medicals are expired. Would it be a good idea to interfile new medicals without an RFE ?
