nope. today I checked with Emma and it mentioned that my case is transferred to Santa Ana field office on 6/9. is anyone aware of their recent processing times?

Hi. I'm in the same situation. EB1C- RD Oct 2024 PD- Sep 2014 COB- India I had API updates on Jun 17th with FTA0 event and today Jun 22nd with FTA1 event code. My case is already in non local FO. I got email today with action taken on your case. When I logged in, it's been updated with case being actively reviewed. Case was already in actively reviewing since Nov 2024. This is a 2nd update. Also my EAD has still been pending with no API updates since May. It's outside normal processing time now for which I have raised a service request.

@M B I have received and email saying action has been taken on your case. no status update on Portal. timeline updated from 5 months to 2 months. checked with Emma and it confirmed nothing. did you also receive any similar emails before interview was scheduled.

@lk s yes I did get similar emails. But my timeline went from 5 months to 7 months. After a week or so I got the interview scheduled update.

@M B a new I-485J case was created and added to my USCIS Portal. that email was probably for that new 485J case. though I had submitted my 485J along with initial 485 documents, 485J is created only now. is I-485J case created for you as well?

Hi, any update on your cases? I also have an EB-based petition, case was transferred to non-local FO in June. Received an FTA0 followed by FTA1 2 days back on I-485.

@ lk s my case is at Sacramento. Status changed to "Actively being reviewed" when the FTA1 event was added.

@ Ik s, I got approved today. Got a timestamp API update yesterday with no new event. The API went from FTA1 to H008 today. Best of luck with your case too!
