RFE public charge
recibí un RFE el 16 de diciembre de las respuestas 60 61 que corriga la respuesta bien de carga pública y enviara la respuesta antes del 12 de marzo envié mi RFE pero no he recibido nada lo envié el 31 de diciembre es normal
no recibir nada y solo me faltan dos semanas de la fecha límite y no se actualiza

both me and my husband received an email today from uscis that they have taken action on my case. we checked the app and online but nothing new yet. what should we expect? I traveled home and back a month ago on my advance parole.

I’m currently processing my wife NVC application. See her timeline below.
NVC consular embassy - London
1. Feb 9 2024 form 1-824 filed
2. Jan 27 2025 Case approved
3. Feb 24 2025 We received email from NVC with her case number and invoice ID.
I understand I will go to CEAC portal, make payment then wait for confirmation after which we will complete DS260 then I can submit all required document to NVC via postal mail.
Now, I need to know if we’re doing everything correctly. If you’ve gone through this process, please share your experience.

I am so confused

I am in crazy situation,I have 2 labor certificate from different company ,and first company they applied I 140 for me but I didn’t take answer yet almost 13 month and second company now they called me and they want to file I 140 ,so I don’t know what I should do ,I can’t continue with 2 company it’s too expensive , (Applying 2 company it wasn’t my decision when first company called and they said they can’t continue process that’s why I applied second one but then first company change their mind and they applied I 140 process ) if first company I 140 if I take answer I will drop another one ,but I couldn’t take any answer Uscis almost 13 month .At the same time second company they want money they insisting about sign file for I 140 .Because they said if I don’t want it they will cancel process .
Now I don’t know what I should do , should I continue with first one or should I apply second one too but it’s too expensive

I751 Phoenix Lockbox
My I751 package was delivered to Phoenix Lockbox on 02/20, it had G1445 for delivery tele receipt. Until today haven’t gotten any message yet, neither case updated in online account, just wondering if anyone has similar experience, how long would you wait before contacting USCIS?

hello everyone, applied long time ago on April/May 2021
I was approved! just waited and sent them all they been asking for!!!! I can’t believe! it says card is being produced under I 485! and I hope this is Green Card! Omg it’s last Monday of February and I have been approved! I can’t wait to get my card.
BY THE WAY, I have been always here, reading other people’s posts, and looking at their timeline and etc, I felt happiness for them when I saw their approved I485 and i360 and getting their work permits! Never in my life said : why they have it but I don’t, why they got it but I didn’t. TRUST THE PROCESS, if you don’t believe in god- then at least believe in something (fate) and you will love your life. I really hope everyone gets their notification from uscis that card is being produced!
ADDITIONALLY, love this Vawa community, always helped me and adviced me! if we guys will continue doing this, another generation (applicants) will continue doing that too.
P.S. people get mad bc a lot of people are applying for vawa and etc, some of them think that if other people do it, their own cases going to get affected and their chances to get their docs approved will decrease. trust me it will not. WITH ENOUGH EVIDENCE- you will get it. USA IS VERY SIMPLE, you just have to prove it, that’s all they need. photos, bills, postcards from friends, photo of abuse if you have and etc. Evidence- is the key.
Be pure. Believe in Karma! give love and you will recieve love! help them and you ll get helped (from god, fate,karma, or anything you believe in)
