Very stressful
I get stressed and anxiety from what’s going on in my town
My green card it expired the two years
And I get extension letter for 4 years
because my I- 751 still processing
I just have a question I scared The. I stopped me. They gonna take me because my green card it expired. Did I have any problem or they can check their system?
I have my real ID.
BUT I SCARED IF THEY CHECK FOR THE ID, THEY CANNOT SEE. I HAVE EXPIRED GREEN CARDS IN THEIR SYSTEM.
Please, anybody here get to stop by them and what happened

keep a copy of the I-751 receipt notice (Form I-797) in your wallet.

@mohammed m All you need is the letter. USCIS will not give you a stamp as you don’t need one. You only need to get them involved if you plan on staying out of the country for an extended amount of time.

@Fisayo A Google USCIS. It is the main number. Just keep saying infopass. There are very limited reasons that they will talk to you. No one needs a stamp if they have a letter extending the greencard. You only need to involve them if you are leaving the US for a long time.

I can’t get a Real ID in my state because of the extension letter which is a hassle when traveling. Anyone experiencing same?

@Fisayo A try again. I got mine a few weeks ago in NY. they should give it to you with your 797 letter.
