IV Scheduling Status Tool-US Embassy GT Guyana 🇬🇾
Based off the IV Scheduling Status for the Family -Sponsored Preference NVC is currently Scheduling Documentarily Complete Cases with visas available from July 2025. Does that mean I should be expecting my spouse interview appointment letter soon?
His case was DQ July,2025.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Summary of my Timeline: • 2021: Filed I-130 and I-485 concurrently; interview in August. • 2021–2023: No updates. • Nov 2023: Received a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) — responded with substantial evidence. • March 2025: Got a RFE for medical on the I-485 — responded within 2 weeks. • Now (Aug 2025): Still no acknowledgement of the RFE delivery; both cases (I-130 and I-485) are pending. I’m frustrated and I need to know what could be causing the delay. Please advise!
concern bout combo card renew fees
I applied VAWA on Jan 23 and Received EAD/AP combo card in October 25, which is expiring in 2 months . I-485 is still pending . can someone tell me if they start charging fees now to renew combo card or we have fees waiver did anyone apply to renew last month or so any comments will help . Apperitiate the time and help 🙏🏻
call uscis
I just call uscis because I have sent rfe with my child birth certificate that was asked for after my interview in January that was 7 months ago the agent I just spoke with told me that she submitted an inquiry I will be notified within 30 days. I am asking if anyone have ever submit an inquiry before and if they did respond in 30 days I’m so stressed out I need an outcome already.
Divorce I-751
Had to submit today a I-360 as my ex husband keeps financially abusing me and threatening to deport me/ call ICE. So I resubmitted my application as an abuse case. Hoping for the best, my nerves are so unestable.
